Shipping policy

All shipping is calculated based on weight and location. Due to the volume of orders placed, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

If your tallow order is shattered upon receiving it, you will receive an automatic refund.

Although it is rare, sometimes USPS will lose packages or deliver tallow balms to the wrong address. To help prevent this from occurring, please select the shipping option that includes a tracking number with insurance at check out. In the off chance USPS loses or delivers your package to the wrong address, having your tracking number with insurance will make it much easier to file a claim with your USPS carrier in order to find your package or be reimbursed if your tallow balm cannot be located. Bloom Tallow Co will be proactive with you during the entirety of the investigation to locate your lost tallow balm but we are not responsible for lost packages once we scan and drop them off to USPS.
